about bloodbikes

Those who love bikes, understand that they are more than just machines. They breathe. They bleed. They weep. And, if neglected, they die. Like us, every one is different – unique.

The ‘Blood Bikes’ series embraces this ethos. Each painting in the series has the DNA of the bike coursing through the artwork – the carbon sourced from the tail-pipe, and/or the oil syringes from its belly. Making each painting as unique as the bike it represents.
